Beth Kirk Malecki is Mercer’s US Central Zone Leader and a Senior Partner with the firm. In her role, Beth is accountable for revenue growth and sales, client satisfaction and the engagement of Mercer colleagues across 16 offices – all while driving Mercer’s brand.
Beth has more than 30 years of experience in human resources consulting. Beth has broad expertise in multiple industries, including utilities, real estate, manufacturing, financial services, health care and consumer products. She enjoys working with her clients across the full spectrum of Mercer services including career, retirement, health, investments and mergers and acquisitions.
Beth is passionate about giving back to the community, the promotion and advancement of women in the workforce, helping our next generation of talent grow in their careers and ensuring our workplace is one that is inclusive and diverse. She provides executive sponsorship to Mercer’s Chicago Women@Mercer Business Resource Group, as well as to the Chicago Diversity Taskforce.
Beth is a Board Member with The Chicago Network and serves as Treasurer of the Board of Friends of Youth Services, Glenview/Northbrook.
Prior to joining Mercer in April 2011, Beth was a Portfolio Executive with Hewitt Associates where she supported and led a team of client account executives for the Midwest. Beth graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan and previously received her Fellow of the Society of Actuaries designation.
She lives with her husband Steve and their two children in Glenview, IL. Her outside interests include spending time with her family, traveling, and reading. Beth is also an avid University of Michigan sports fan.
