Victoria Dudley

Vicki Dudley joined TTX Company in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. TTX is the largest railcar owner in North America with over $9 billion in assets and 2,250 employees throughout North America. In addition to managing the North American Boxcar Pool, and the national pool of multi-level auto carrying railcars, TTX is also the largest owner of intermodal cars in North America. In addition to car ownership and pooling, TTX also operates 4 heavy maintenance shops and 80+ field maintenance operations in rail yards throughout the US. At TTX, Vicki’s responsibilities include accounting and financial reporting, tax, treasury, rating agency and investor relations, capital raising and capital allocation, insurance and risk management including enterprise risk management, and financial planning and analytics.

Prior to joining TTX, Vicki had over 25 years’ experience in banking and corporate finance. She was the Chief Financial Officer of Yancey Bros. Co., the Caterpillar, Blue Bird Bus and International Truck dealer for Georgia, which provides sales, leasing and service for heavy construction and electric power equipment, buses and trucks. She also held multiple positions in the financial services industry specializing in securitization which culminated in her role as Managing Director at Wachovia Securities, (now Wells Fargo).

Ms. Dudley currently serves as the Audit Committee Chair and Board member of SeaCube Container Leasing, the 4th largest container lessor in the world. Vicki is the Secretary and Board member of Raffles Insurance, LTD., a large heterogeneous Captive Insurance company with annual premiums in excess of $290 million, and is also a national board member of Prevent Child Abuse America. Vicki is a member of the Chicago Club, Economic Club of Chicago, Women Corporate Directors, the International Women’s Forum and the Chicago Finance Exchange. She is also a NACD Board Leadership Fellow.

Ms. Dudley has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the McIntire School of the University of Virginia and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
