Serving as Chief HR Officer since 2020, Norah leads Wintrust’s people strategy to foster a supportive, high-performing and diverse workplace culture. She brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
In her role, Norah champions diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all Wintrust employees feel valued and empowered to succeed. She oversees a variety of critical functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, learning and development, internal communications, total rewards, and DEI. Norah is passionate about creating pathways for professional growth, implementing robust training programs, and promoting initiatives that support employees’ work-life balance.
She received her bachelor’s in business administration from Loyola University New Orleans, an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and several leadership development tools certifications, including the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, 360s, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
Norah is a board member of Girls in the Game and sits on the advisory board of the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, as well as the Executive Club of Chicago. Norah has two children and is a Downers Grove resident. In her free time Norah enjoys reading, exercising, cooking, and traveling.
