Norah Larke

Norah Larke is the Chief HR Officer for Wintrust Financial Corporation. Wintrust is a financial holding company based in Rosemont, IL, with approximately $53 billion in assets and over 5,500 employees, whom Norah is responsible for. As a member of the bank’s executive team, Norah leads and shapes all people and corporate culture strategy efforts. In this role, she is accountable for talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, HR operations, total rewards, DEI, and internal communications. Norah has been recognized twice as a Crain’s Notable Executive in HR and was a 2022 Leadership Chicago Daniel Burnham Fellow. Norah lives in Downers Grove, IL with her husband and two children. She is active in her local community as well as volunteering in significant regional and national endeavors. Those efforts include: – The Downers Grove Junior Women’s Club – Co-Leader of a local Girl Scouts Troop – Board member and co-chair for Girls in the Game, a non-profit empowering girls through sports- based youth development and an – Advisory Board Member for the Loyola University Quinlan School of Business She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University, New Orleans, and a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola University, Chicago.
