Lisa began her career with United Banks of Colorado, a Wells Fargo predecessor, in 1983. Prior to her current position, Lisa was a regional manager for Wells Fargo Business Credit overseeing the Central region for two years. Based in Chicago, she was responsible for achieving planned performance and developing and retaining a high-performing team that managed relationships with middle-market companies with asset-based credit needs of up to $30 million throughout the Midwest. Before that, she held positions in business development and relationship management in asset-based lending and commercial banking.
During a brief hiatus from Wells Fargo from 1996-1998, Lisa was a principal with UniRock Management Corporation, a Denver-based investment banking firm, providing financial advisory services to privately held middle-market companies.
Lisa graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in finance and economics from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Active in the community, Lisa was president of the Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and is an active volunteer with the Girl Scouts of America.
