Linda Kristine Myers

Linda K. Myers is a nationally recognized corporate attorney, representing private equity groups, major public and private companies, and commercial lending institutions. Until her retirement in 2022, Linda was a Share Partner at the international law firm Kirkland & Ellis, LLP where she served on the Firm’s Global Executive Management Committee for over 10 years. Linda is also a founding member of Kirkland’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and executed on several DEI initiatives and wellbeing programs for the Firm. Linda currently serves as an Independent Director for various boards. She sits on the board of directors of Gibraltar Industries (NASDAQ: ROCK), a leading manufacturer and provider of products and services for the renewable energy, residential, agtech, and infrastructure markets. At Gibraltar, she serves as Chair of the Gibraltar Nominating, Governance & Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and is a member of the Capital Structure & Asset Management Committee, and Compensation & Human Capital Committee. She also serves on the LCI (NYSE: LCII) board of directors where she is the Chair of Corporate Governance, Nominating & Sustainability and is a member of the Risk Committee and the Strategy, Acquisition, and Capital Deployment Committee. In January of 2024, Linda joined the board of Marex Group plc (NASDAQ: MRX), a UK based financial services company. She is Chair of the Remuneration Committee as well as a member of the Audit & Compliance Committee. Most recently, Linda became Chair of the Board and Chair of the Executive Committee of the National Philanthropic Trust, a Philadelphia based Donor Advised Fund advisor with $46 Billion of assets under management. Linda also holds board roles at NACD, Kinzie Capital Partners, Chelsea Lighting, Arcs Healthcare, the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
