Kristi L Rowsell

Kristi L. Rowsell is an independent director of State Street Global Advisors SPDR ETFs, a director of the Oakmark Funds, and member of the Board of Governors for the Investment Company Institute. She retired from Harris Associates, a global asset manager, after serving as President of Harris and Oakmark Funds for 11 years, Chief Financial Officer for 10 years, and various other roles. At Harris, Kristi oversaw administration of all business segments, which included global institutional and high net worth practices in addition to the Oakmark Funds. Before joining Harris, Kristi was Vice President and Treasurer at Calamos Asset Management and a Senior Tax Specialist at KPMG. She holds a BS and a master’s degree from Virginia Tech. She has served on the Investment Committee of the Virginia Tech Foundation and as Director of Chicago Habitat for Humanity, where she continues as Finance Committee Chairman.
