Kristen Rossi is the Head of Morgan Stanley’s Midwest Investment Banking practice and a Managing Director with coverage responsibilities in the Consumer Retail sector and Midwest Region. Kristen joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 as a member of the M&A department and has advised clients across a variety of industries on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as on various financing transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Kristen worked at Accenture as a consultant and at Xerox Corporation in the Venture Lab organization located at Xerox Parc in Palo Alto, CA.
Kristen graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and received an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.
