Ms. Butler is a partner in the firm and oversees Global Investor Relations for Capri, and is a member of the Investment Committee. She is a member of the Global Management Board. Over a 35-year career, Ms. Butler has been involved in a broad range of debt and structured finance activities. Since joining Capri, Ms. Butler has worked on real estate equity, structured finance and mezzanine transactions as amember of the firm’s Investment Committee, and has raised capital to support the firm’s investmentactivities.
Most recently, Ms. Butler was Executive Director at UBS Global Asset Management. Ms. Butler holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from University of Michigan. Ms. Butler is theformer Chair of the National Association of Securities Professionals and serves on the organization’sexecutive committee.
Ms. Butler is the past President of the Board of Directors of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago. She also serves as a board member of Seaway Bank in Chicago. Ms. Butler is a member of the Economic Club ofChicago and the Executives’ Club of Chicago. As of September 2015, Ms. Butler was appointed byMayor Rahm Emanuel and confirmed by the Chicago City Council as a member of the Community Development Commission.
