For more than 35 years, Donna Thompson served in healthcare administrative roles. As the health system’s CEO from 2004 to 2023, Donna drove Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) to evolve and reimagine its care delivery model, expanding access by delivering primary, specialty, behavioral health and other services that address social determinants of health to meet population-based care needs by strategic business acumen.
