Beth Marrion

Beth Marrion is a Senior Managing Director and Client Account Lead for one of Accenture’s largest global clients. She is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee and Client Account Lead for the Americas. With P&L responsibility for four dimensions of Accenture’s business, including Strategy & Consulting; Song; Technology; and Operations, Beth has nearly 30 years of experience in consulting and transformation. She leads large initiatives to reinvent retail businesses, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiencies. She has expertise in Data & GenAI, Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, Retail Operations, Global Business Services, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Edge Platforms.

With leadership roles in civic organizations whose missions address the most challenging issues facing the people of Chicago, she serves on the Executive Committee and board of directors for NextUp, a network to advance all women, grow business and eliminate barriers for women in the workplace. Beth also serves on the board of directors for The Economic Club of Chicago and The Executives’ Club of Chicago.
