Gina Weldy

Gina Weldy is Senior Vice President, Administration for Northwestern Memorial HealthCare. Her responsibilities includes oversight of NMHC’s Real Estate and Construction division, as well as Security, Facilities, and Emergency Management. NMHC currently owns 17 million square feet of real estate and has approximately $4 billion in active design and construction projects underway. Ms. Weldy also led post-merger integration during the affiliation of legacy Kishwaukee, Marianjoy, and Centegra hospitals from 2015-2019. Prior to joining NMHC, Gina spent 7 years as a consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Ms. Weldy received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University in 1997 and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management in 2009.
