Anne Alonzo is an accomplished global leader having advanced a diverse 30+ year career as an executive at 3 Fortune 500 companies, the CEO of a commodity board and senior government official at 4 federal government agencies including as a U.S. diplomat, Mexico City.

Presently, Anne advances a portfolio of interests including serving as an Independent Board Director at PotlatchDeltic (PCH), a leading timber and wood products public company and Unitil (UTL), a public utility holding company.

Anne also serves as a board member at Feeding America, this nation’s largest charity. Anne is a Senior Advisor to the Pollination Group, a leading global climate change specialty firm and Trail Head Capital, a regenerative agriculture impact investment firm. Anne was recently named to the prestigious John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance.

Anne brings significant experience and corporate governance insights to companies and firms involving sustainability/corporate responsibility/ESG, geopolitical risk, public policy and navigating regulatory frameworks as well as a robust network of private and government relationships across the world. Anne has extensive international experience and is a Latina fluent in Spanish.

Throughout her career, Anne has served in senior leadership roles including as: Senior VP and Chief Sustainability Officer at Corteva Agriscience, a leading $41B market cap agribusiness; President & CEO of the American Egg Board, the marketing arm of the $9B U.S. egg industry; White House-appointed Administrator of the $5B, 4,300 person marketing agency at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and as Vice President at Kraft Foods, leading all global corporate affairs work in the areas of sustainability, health and wellness and its risk management team. Anne also held other senior leadership roles at the U.S. EPA, U.S Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce and at the National Foreign Trade Council, a preeminent national trade organization.

A Chicago native, Anne holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Kent College of Law.

Anne is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) and a Fellow, National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Anne previously served on the Federal Reserve bank of Chicago’s Council on Agriculture, Small Business and Labor.

Anne is widely recognized for her community leadership and named to the “Directors to Watch” by Directors and Boards magazine and “Top 100” Latinas by Hispanic Executive Leaders magazine. She’s also received top Chicago recognitions including a “Maestro” Award by Hispanic Executive magazine and a Chicago United “People of Color” Award.
