Julie Howard was most recently the Chief Executive Officer for Riveron, a PE-backed $350M+ national accounting, finance, technology, and operations advisory firm. She was hired by H.I.G Capital in 2021 to transform and grow the firm, realizing a highly successful return and exit in July 2023.

Prior to Riveron, Julie was the Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI). She sold the company in two pieces, in August 2018 and October 2019, to PE-backed strategic platforms.

Navigant was a $1.2B global, specialized professional services firm with a focus on markets and clients facing transformational change and significant regulatory or legal pressures. Navigant provided advisory, consulting, outsourcing and technology/analytics services to clients primarily in the healthcare, financial services and energy industries.

As Chairman and CEO, Ms. Howard was responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s strategy and effective prioritization of resources to realize value for all stakeholders. Her tenure as CEO and Chairman was marked by significant business transformation and extraordinary shareholder value.

Prior to becoming CEO, Ms. Howard served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2003-2011, preceded by a career in specialized dispute resolution consulting.

Ms. Howard is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She continued her education through Harvard Business School Executive Education programs, with a focus in Finance and Management.

Ms. Howard currently serves on the Board of Directors for ManpowerGroup (Lead Director), Sleep Number, Riveron Consulting and Treliant (Chairman). She was formerly a board director for Kemper Corporation (2010-2015) and InnerWorkings (2012-2020). She is also a founding member of the Women’s Leadership & Mentoring Alliance.
