Cheryl K. Beebe

Cheryl K. Beebe is former Former EVP/CFO, Ingredion, and former Chief Financial Officer of Corn Products International, Inc., one of the world’s largest corn refiners and a major supplier of high-quality food ingredients and industrial products derived from the wet milling and processing of corn and other starch-based materials. Ms. Beebe joined Corn Products International in 1993 and has held a number of positions of increasing importance in the organization, including Director of Finance for the worldwide corn refining business, Corporate Treasurer, and Vice President of Finance and Tax, prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2004.

Before joining Corn Products International, Ms. Beebe held a variety of positions for Bestfoods and CPC International, the predecessor company of Corn Products International. During her tenure with these organizations, she worked in the marketing, marketing service, finance, corporate treasury and internal audit departments.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, both in New Jersey and currently resides in Illinois.

Cheryl is a member of the Board of Directors of the Packaging Corporation of America. She serves on the Board of Trustees of Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is currently a member of the Conference Board, the Chicago Finance Exchange, The Executives’ Club of Chicago, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and The Chicago Network.
